dvd tools can't umount cd(dvd) mounted by ivman
Steps to Reproduce:
1. insert dvd-rw into drive
ivman mount it (cdrom icon appear on gnome2 desktop)

2. morsov@alexey ~ $ ls /media/hdc
1  libetpan  sylpheed-claws

now run dvd format

3. morsov@alexey ~ $ dvd+rw-format /dev/cdrom -force
* DVD&#177;RW/-RAM format utility by <appro@fy.chalmers.se>, version 4.10.
* 4.7GB DVD+RW media detected.
umount: /media/hdc is not in the fstab (and you are not root)
:-( unable to proceed with format: Device or resource busy

Actual Results:  
dvd tools can't umount disk

Expected Results:  
dvd tool must umount disk mounted with ivman to perform writing
