Поясните в чем вы видите ошибку ... иначе INVALID.

в слове "симсимвольную"

получил кажется при ls -l где-то в /proc/nnnnnn без прав рута

Так бы и сказали, что
s/симсимвольную/символьную/
- я не сразу нашёл опечатку.

Это исправлено в upstream или просто патч приложили?

Интересуюсь, потому что мое письмо в bug-coreutils@ вроде как проигнорировали :-/

Я не знал этого. На будущее: куда их тогда следует отправлять? И я также не
понял где именно зафиксили эту ошибку?

Исправлено 5.91-alt1.
Мантейнеру русского перевода я напишу сам, поскольку мне пришлось обновить весь
перевод.

I never saw a response to this email.  First, let me say thanks for the
report - since I don't speak Russian, I'll have to trust you on it.  In
general, translation errors should be reported to the appropriate
translation team (their email address should be listed at the start of the
respective .po file); then coreutils will automatically pick up the fix as
it imports the latest translations before every release.

Собственно, как я понял, ничего нового, но меня вроде как просили поблагодарить

Про перевод же и куда его посылать уже итак все решили...
