Хочется иметь возможность передавать скрипту свою команду rpm/rpmbuild или
указывать дополнительные аргументы.  Например, cpan2rpm не работает в такой
конфигурации:

%_topsrcdir    %{_topdir}/%{name}
%_builddir %{_topdir}/%{name}/work
%_rpmdir   %{_topdir}/RPMS
%_srcrpmdir    %{_topdir}/SRPMS
%_sourcedir    %{_topsrcdir}/files
%_specdir  %{_topsrcdir}

Не раскрывается %{name}.
