When I perform 'service hotplug restart' my mouse behaves in a strange way:
when I press any key on mouse its cursor moves to screen border.
When I perform 'service hotplug restart' next time mouse not responding on
onyone action
Steps to Reproduce:
1.prform 'service hotplug restart'
2.press mouse button
Actual Results:  
mouse behaves in a strange way

Expected Results:  
normal restarting services

Could you be more verbose on hotplug and kernel versions (at lease `uname -r`),
 mouse type (ps2, usb, ...), where does this occur (X, console)?

In case of linux-2.4, it might make sense to try linux-2.6 (compact-3.0+); in
case of console, you should restart gpm service.  With X, I can only suggest
checking that it's linux-2.6 and that mouse device in xorg.conf is
"/dev/input/mice".

Don't recall such things myself.
