я так понимаю, chkconfig lisa off не выполняется/отсутствует ?

забыл добавить. При apt-get remove в смысле.

В spec-файле есть:
%preun lisa
%preun_service lisa

что в свою очередь ведет к вызову:
/sbin/chkconfig --del "$1"

И действительно:

после уделения пакета kdenetwork-lisa:
#chkconfig --list lisa
error reading information on service lisa: No such file or directory

Можно закрыть ?
