would be nice to package "hardened" configuration bits and pieces like this: <Files ~ "~$"> Order allow,deny Deny from all </Files> into an additional subpackage to be able to just install it.
added commented-out example to default httpd.conf, httpd-perl.conf in 1.3.37-alt5
