Система (ALT Linux v2.4 Master) установлена в обычном режиме. При установке в
настройке X был выбран видеодаптер Generic/1024@768 framebuffer, так что модулей
типа libGLnvidia.so нет в системе. Как бороться с проблемой? Пожайлуста,
сообщите мне, что можно сделать сейчас, пока не выйдет пофиксенная версия пакета
wine.

Быстрое решение - 
rpm -e libGLwrapper --nodeps

Пакет WINE отношения к данной проблеме по моим сведениям не имеет.
