libtermcap-2.0.8-ipl23mdk has no information for Eterm.
(terminfo has.)

Isn\'t it possible to synchronize the set of terminals supported by termcap and terminfo inyterfaces? Either at run or build time.

termcap/libtermcap is deprecated,
use terminfo/libtinfo.
