не собирается по причине жёстко заданного пути к libdir в pptpd-1.3.0/plugins/
LIBDIR  = $(DESTDIR)$(prefix)/lib/pptp

В спек перед configure добавить %__autoreconf

На x86_64 в ovz-контейнере:
