Содержащийся в kde-settings-3.5.3-alt1 файл
/usr/share/apps/kdesktop/DesktopLinks/altlinux.desktop , по-видимому, битый,
т.к. содержит двоичный мусор в начале и конце файла.

Соответственно, служить ярлыком для вызова браузера со страницей
http://www.altlinux.ru он не может.

В 3.5.6-alt2 не наблюдается.
