После установки kernel-image-2.6.24-alt6 обнаружилась масса проблем (ACPI,
Bluetooth и saa7134-alsa). dmesg после загрузки ниже:

во-первых не стоит множество проблем сваливать в одну багу, так не удобно
разбираться.
во-вторых я вижу тут только 1 проблему из 3х(или 2х) c saa7134-alsa. 
bluetooth дальше вроде загрузился, он работает?
в чём проблема проблема с ACPI?

могу сказать, что во время первой загрузки ядра весь процесс просто повис на
стадии создания устройств в /dev. Последующая перезагрузка такого не проявила.
Собственно, это связать с чем-то кроме вышеприведенного куска не могу.

с saa7134-alsa есть подозрение что проблема в pcm.h, который разный в ядре и в alsa.

Такое ощущение, что часть модулей собрано с другим struct snd_pcm

Проблема решаена в alt7
