Добавьте пожалуйста в файлы конфигурации зеркал протокол rsync
Редко требуется, но приходится мучительно вспоминать, какие-же там строчки
должны быть.

Пока что в Sisyphus выглядит уже исправленным: 

$ fgrep rsync /etc/apt/sources.list.d/alt.list 
#rpm [alt] rsync://ftp.altlinux.org/ALTLinux/Sisyphus i586 classic
#rpm [alt] rsync://ftp.altlinux.org/ALTLinux/Sisyphus noarch classic
$ rpm -qf /etc/apt/sources.list.d/alt.list 
apt-conf-sisyphus-5.0-alt2
$

В 4.0/branch исправления не будут вноситься уже технически (заглушена очередь на сборку), поэтому прошу ошибки, актуальные для sisyphus/p7/t7, перевесить на текущие ветки или сизиф.
