Проверил на предыдущем ядре 2.6.27. То же самое. Значит дело не в ядре, а в udev? Перевешиваю багу.
Забыл сказать, что udev-141-alt4
Возможно что и в ядре -- вчерашнее чтение ядерных хелпов около фреймбуферно-консольной части для одного параметра упоминало "если наткнётесь на очень длинные задержки, выключите". В 2.6.27-std-def этот параметр был включен, кажется.
После обновления до версии udev-141-alt8 таймаут пропал.
